Don't buy tickets from this website! My son bought two tickets for me as a Christmas present for The Platform Morecambe. Good old covid meant I couldn't go so I attempted to contact by email and messenger but no joy. The venue even tried to phone the agent but no response. Just wanted to see if I could transfer the tickets to another date. Son's money down the toilet!

We're assuming that you did purchase the tickets from us and not the venue's site and, if this is the case, we can only think that in the return to performing this year, your message got overlooked within the avalanche of similar messages that we received. Rest assured that we will dig out your email and reply - and the least we can do is see if we can offer a ticket transfer
